Choc Banana Protein Muffins

Good for meal prep, easy snacks, or even a quick brekky (paired with a protein yoghurt and a peice of fruit will mae a great meal!) Can be an easy grab-and-go healthy snack on the run! They will last 5-6 days in an airtight container or can be frozen for a few months! 

These delicious muffins are super easy to make, and the kids can easily help too! I use Gluten Free (Wheat Free) Oats to make my Oat Flour as I have just been diagnosed as celiac and these are perfect for me! With a good dose of protein, they make such a great snack! Can even add Choc Chips in them too for EXTRA FLAVOUR (but just keep in mind that it will cange up the macros/calories!).
