    -6 weeks gym program
    -Mostly strength
    -Weekly HIIT/Functional Workout
    -5 day program (ability to choose from 3-5 sessions per week
    -Exercise Tracking to Progressively Overload

  • Workout with Raya (Home)
    -6 weeks gym program
    -Mixture of Weights/Bodyweight
    -HIIT/Functional Workouts
    -5 day program (ability to choose from 3-5 sessions per week)
    -Exercise Tracking to Progressively Overload
    -Recommend having access to 2 sets of Dumbbells (a lighter pair and a heavier pair)
    -$15 Per Week

  • Abs with Raya
    -Mini 6 week program designed to help you strengthen your core/abs
    -Mini 10 minute Ab Workouts
    3 days per week for 6 weeks
    Designed to be done alongside a weights based program! (your own or one of Raya’s!)
    Can be completed at home or in a gym
    Equipment: One weight (whether its a DB or a KB), and a mat!
    $5 per week for 6 weeks or FREE if you are signing up to another Workout with Raya Program!

  • Workout With Raya Express
    -$15 per week for 6 weeks
    -5 workouts per week
    -Suitable for ALL fitness levels
    -Every Workout can be completed in less than 30 Minutes
    -If you're a busy bee and want a quick daily workout, this is the perfect program for you!
    -All of the workouts can be completed at home or in the gym
    -If you do it from home will need a few basic pieces of equipment. (eg a light set of DB's and a heavy set of DB's and a skipping rope (there are options to not use this) and a step of some sort.
    -All exercises come with a recording of Raya completing the exercise correctly so that you know how to do it properly and it is like you're working out right by her side.
    -This program will be a mixture of strength, functional and HIIT but can be completed by every fitness level/experience level.

    *Option to do nutrition coaching with me, alongside of this program- you'll get $10 off per week if you do it at the same time as this workout program.
    *
    Once you purchase this Service, Raya will add you to the app and you can choose which program you would like to participate in.
    *All of these programs are done at your own risk and if you have any injuries/health issues please see a health professional and get permission to start a new exercise program.
