THIS IS WHY I DO WHAT I DO. My dad survived a sky diving accident. Both his parachutes failed. It was a miracle he survived. And then another miracle that he could walk again. And now less than two years later he is running and skipping and hopping and absolutely enjoying his life. I really believe that it was his healthy lifestyle that helped him recover so quickly. We never know what’s around the corner. Your life will be far better quality if you prioritize your health. You will be able to enjoy special moments with your loved ones and create memories. And let’s face it, life is short- you never know when you’ll need to rely on your health to get you through some pretty tough times.
